The issue of inequality is universal, between and within countries. The current extent of inequality means that people move around the world looking for means of survival and all of us will have to deal with the issue of inequality.
Given that women are usually in a disadvantaged position in the workplace compared to men, promotion of gender equality implies explicit attention to women’s needs and perspectives. At the same time, there are also significant negative effects of unequal power relations and expectations on men and boys due to stereotyping about what it means to be a male. Instead, both women and men, and boys and girls, should be free to develop their abilities and make choices – without limitations set by rigid gender roles and prejudices – based on personal interests and capacities.

Environmental awareness
Environmental awareness is to understand the fragility of our environment and the importance of its protection. Promoting environmental awareness is an easy way to become an environmental steward and participate in creating a brighter future for our children.
To define environmental awareness we must first understand the environmentalist movement. Environmentalism is an ideology that evokes the necessity and responsibility of humans to respect, protect, and preserve the natural world from its anthropogenic (caused by humans) afflictions.

Children's Day is celebrated to increase awareness of the rights, care and education of children. On this day, many educational and motivational programs by and for children.

Every individual and every organisation is involved in making hundreds of decisions every day. The decisions we make are a reflection of our values and beliefs, and they are always directed towards a specific purpose. Our values reflect what is important to us in life. They are often referred to as our personal guiding principles or life goals. While we may have a variety of shorter term goals that are specific to a situation, like getting a job or a promotion, running a marathon, or visiting Hawaii, our values are life-goals that not specific to any one situation. Values guide our behaviour in all aspects of our life, including our home life, our work life and our social life.
We are not always aware of our values, but knowing what they are can help you more easily make decisions that are right for you, such as taking the job that has good opportunities for variety, change and spontaneity or good opportunities for security and tenure.

You can't achieve peace of mind until you follow your heart. You will find peace not by trying to escape but by confronting them courageously. You will find peace not in denial but in victory. Reconciliation heals the soul, the joy of rebuilding broken relationships and hearts. If it's healthy for your growth, forgive and love. "No man is an island" everyone needs each other, you need someone else and someone else needs you.
What seems to us as bitter trials are often blessings in disguise.

Thoughts of learning
In this second querter, I used to appear stressed and tired whenever I am doing an activity involving HTML from activity 1 until activity 10, it gets harder and harder.
Like the HTML tags sometimes we need to stand alone and we need to put an end on what we started like the container tags. Everyone of us used to hate problems and being challenged, but the essence of this life, is to conquer and become braver and stronger as we face our challenges. The existence of love and inspiration, I thrived through all of those challenges because in this life sometimes teach us lessons like the presence of the season Autumn, because Autumn teaches us how can things be beautiful when we let go.
I will always wear the most beautiful thing to wear, a smile. A smile is the curve that will make everything straight. Smile, Even though you're tired. Happiness is a choice, you wouldn't be happy unless you choose to be happy.

Intramurals allow students to develop psychomotor skills and fine-tune motor skills with coordination, movement, strength, dexterity, grace, and speed. In real work environments, team skills are some of the most valuable attributes an employee can have. The ability to work well with others can lead to job security and promotions.Teach the value of sportsmanship. The ability to accept defeat gracefully is a sign of maturity and a requisite skill for success. The ability to bounce back strong from a fall will able students to experience personal triumph and immense joy.

Science month
Today science influences so many different things that trying to list them all would mean this page could go on forever.Science is about a whole lot more than that and to sum it up we believe that science is a way of helping the brain grow in finding new knowledge and helps us defeat our curiosity of how the world develops and works today. In fact we are natural Scientists, because when you watch children and you will see that young children play like they are finding a way because of their own curiosity. Science has influenced the medical industry that today reduces thousands of deaths every day. But is science only about new inventions, new technology and new medicines?We want people to understand that it is not just about new technology, inventions or new medicines.

Happy schools movement
“Happiness and school quality are inseparable as the happy schools framework serves as reference for measuring the quality of our education." Dr. Malcolm Garma, the DepEd Region 1 said as the Department of Education of Region 1 regionally launched the “Happy Schools Movement” at the Vigan convention center,Vigan City with a theme: “Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod, Tagumpay ng Bata’y Itaguyod.” to promote every school in the region as a better and enjoyable place to study.
The movement aims to inculcate in the minds of pupils that school is not just a place for learning but also a place for fun and enjoyment as they enjoy what they are doing.Through this program, the learners’ full potential is given the greatest attention by creating a happier and more positive school culture. Some of these advocacy themes are: “Start Right, Grow Smart” (Kidergarten); “Our Roots, Our Strength” (Mother Tongue); “Talas Filipino: Umusbong sa Wika at Panitikan” (Filipino); “Reading is Power” (English); “Solve for Life” (Mathematics); “Sa ALS Matututo Ka, Tara Na!” (Alternative Learning System); “Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility” (Disaster Risk Reduction and Management); “The Joy of Exploration and Innovation” (Science); “Kwento Mo, Kwento Ko sa Matatag na Bansa Tutungo” (Araling Panlipunan); “Ako, Ikaw, Siya Tungo sa Makabuluhang Buhay” (Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao); “Pride is the Power of Hands” (Technology and Livelihood Education); “I am In” (Inclusive Education); “HOPE CA” (MAPEH); “ICARE” (Learning Resource Management and Development (LRMD); and “Paghubog sa Kabataan, Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan!” (Youth Formation).

Vigan solidarity
Vigan City, as the only heritage city in the Philippines, once again celebrates the World Heritage Cities Solidarity Cultural Festival for the whole month of September.“Join us as we once again celebrate our unique culture this September with various activities,” Mayor Juan Carlos S. Medina said as he invites visitors and residents alike to enjoy interesting activities lined up for this year.
The Solidarity Food and Trade Fair opened the month-long event.Other events of the festival include singing competitions, photography, zarzuela Ilocana, dallot, kinnantaran , cultural quiz, sabayang pagbigkas, daniw, storytelling, writing on the history of Vigan as told by senior residents, painting, and folk dancing.Food establishments offer the famous Vigan cuisine that has been enjoyed through the centuries like bagnet , chicha-corn, empanada, longanisa, ukoy and Vigan's rice based delicacies. For a more artistic experience, visitors can watch out for the Fotografias de Recuerdos, when photographs and paintings are exhibited at Vigan’s Culture and Trade Center. These events, and the festival as a whole, aim to reactivate and strengthen cultural activities as well as promote and establish the young generation’s role in the conservation of our tangible and intangible heritage.
The role of the city’s youth is the preservation of the World Heritage and to maintain the beliefs and culture of our own city.
