“We can achieve disaster resiliency if we start within ourselves” If we start in ourselves there will be a domino effect and our effort will inspire our family and friends then to our community and eventually the country.

“Kahandaan sa sakuna’t peligro para sa tunay na pagbabago” this year’s theme for the National disaster resilience month that means by being prepared for the disasters we can achieve the true change in progress for our country. We must learn how the past victims dealt with the disasters and be prepared for them. We know that natural disasters would come in our way, we can’t do nothing to stop it but we can be prepared for it.

It is not the government concern because in times of calamity whether you are old or not, rich or poor everybody will be affected
